Shawna Wager is an executive search and talent advisory leader with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive recruitment, and organizational strategy. Throughout her career, she has built global recruiting functions and supported organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational change across private equity and portfolio companies, medical device, technology, higher education, CPG, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Naughtin Group, Shawna founded MatchPoint LLC, leading retained searches for C-suite, vice president, and senior leadership positions. She advised clients on leadership assessment, succession planning, talent intelligence, organizational design, and workforce strategy, bringing a consultative approach, deep market insight, and a commitment to delivering thoughtful solutions for complex and confidential searches.
Shawna has held senior talent leadership roles with organizations including RTI Surgical, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, AMS/Boston Scientific, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Allianz Life, and Korn Ferry. Throughout her career, she has built global talent acquisition organizations, led executive hiring initiatives, and implemented innovative talent strategies. She has also guided organizations through acquisitions, rapid growth, digital transformation, and organizational change.

Outside of work, Shawna enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and hiking in the mountains. She and her husband live in Stillwater, Minnesota, where they are enjoying the process of restoring and revitalizing their historic home overlooking the St. Croix River.
