Jenn's passion for people and her belief that people are an organization's biggest asset inspired her previous engagements with startup organizations, establishing and implementing the human resource and business operation initiatives.

Jenn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.
